About this Website
Who we are
Our website address is: https://www.equestriaroyalguard.eu
This website is run entirely private. It is funded only by the website owner himself and is taken care of only himself in his personal free time. It has not a single “employe”, only those that voluntarily help moderating posts in their own free time. We do not collect any money through any means, so no payed or unpayed advertisements, no donations, no goodie-shops, no monthly fees, no referral links, nothing of that kind. Its intent is solely to run a private small community/forum around the topics of My Little Pony and Gaming.
Since this website runs as a private one and is not in any way “professional” or “commecial”, it is important to recite the GDPR Chapter 1 “Material scope”, Art. 2, part 2 c, which states: “This Regulation does not apply to the processing of personal data: c) by a natural person in the course of a purely personal or household activity”
In detail, Recital 18 – Not applicable to personal or household activities – : “This Regulation does not apply to the processing of personal data by a natural person in the course of a purely personal or household activity and thus with no connection to a professional or commercial activity. 2Personal or household activities could include correspondence and the holding of addresses, or social networking and online activity undertaken within the context of such activities. 3However, this Regulation applies to controllers or processors which provide the means for processing personal data for such personal or household activities.”
